During these unprecedented times we know that your safety and health are the priority. Your safety as our client is our priority, and we have worked diligently to take all safety measures to ensure the safety and health of our clients and stylists. We have implemented new policies and procedures at our salon and in our retail area. Please view our current polices and pictures to see how we are helping keep our clients and community safe!
Policies & Procedures for Entrance

Clients must be free of any symptoms such as cough, fever, body-aches, flu like symptoms.

Upon entering all clients will use the hand sanitizer provided.

Clients who arrive early for their appointment will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicle until their appointment time.

Clients should wear their facial mask while in the salon.

The salon has the right to limit how many clients are in the salon at one time. Wig retail clients can have 1 additional person with them for support. All clients shall have facial masks on.

All items within the retail area are not to be handled by any person(s) excluding our sales staff. Please do not touch wigs, we will be happy to assist you.

All items used during services will be sanitized and disinfected per the State guidelines and manufacturer recommendations. Cleaning of our salon and retail area is done throughout the day following strict guidelines.

Stylists and Associates will take all safety precautions to protect our clients and themselves.
Please understand although we take every precaution and follow all regulations, we cannot guarantee that illness such as the flu, common-cold, COVID-19, etc, may not occur. By entering the retail or salon area, you understand and accept these terms and that The Wig Cottage cannot be held liable in the event of an illness.

Salon Stations are spaced 6 feet apart,with a partition to separate clients and stylists to allow for appropriate distancing.
Hand sanitizer is provided as clients enter the salon. Masks are provided to clients if needed.
